TS Mechanical: The Right Choice

License #: OK156949

Why choose TS Mechanical? The answer is that TS Mechanical is dedicated to providing the best services possible by ensuring our customers receive services from the most qualified technicians and we have a plan to ensure that happens. TS Mechanical will not ever “just place a body” in your kitchen like many other companies will. Which might make you ask the question “why would a company ever send an unqualified technician to service my equipment?” and the answer is that most companies just push for numbers and profits. This turns out subpar services and can even cost you money, because when these techs mess up (and they often do) and break your equipment further, excuses are made and the mistakes are hidden, causing you more in repair costs. TS Mechanical prides itself in its special methods of growth and it’s transparency. We have a specific plan to ensure that our customers get the best technicians, technicians you can lean on and trust. There will never be an unfamiliar face in your store, you will always have the same technician (who has been trained for your specific service needs) servicing your equipment from diagnosis to final repairs. There is never a time where you have one technician out and then another technician following up to finish the job. This practice ensures that the equipment is repaired properly, with full transparency and there will never be several technicians showing up and confusing you. TS Mechanical prides itself on transparency and even if no mistakes are actually made, if things seem questionable, the customer will be taken care of without question. No one pays more than once for a repair and we ensure that when we repair a piece of equipment, we repair all of the issues and not just the one issue to “get it going”. There are no shotty repairs from TS Mechanical and we take accountability for our mistakes. For one example, “the kitchen staff continues to run a cart into the thermostat for the grill, causing it to break”. Even if the manufacture of the grill doesn’t provide an O.E.M solution (there are no parts that can be purchased from the manufacture to prevent this issue) you will not pay for another thermostat as we believe we should have made a custom guard to prevent this issue from happening. Other companies will simply blame the staff and tell the customer to “figure it out” and then charge for the same repair over and over without ever actually providing a solution. This same ideology is applied to everything, even things such as “staff leaving cooler doors open that causes freeze ups” we believe there is a solution to it all and will ensure that even if the staff is the problem or anything similar (birds getting stuck in condenser fans), we will fix the issue and it will not become a burden that causes the company to pay repetitively to no end.

In order to achieve our goal of providing the utmost best service possible the company has a specific plan which requires the need for planned maintenance so that the company can grow and train technicians from the ground up on your specific equipment. Our technicians start from the ground level and are trade school graduates starting out with minimal in field experience. Our apprentices start out providing the most basic services under the supervision of the companies’ master technician, who trains them to provide the best service for your specific restaurants. It is a second school for the beginning technicians’ journey to mastery and once they graduate, they become the service technician for the set of restaurants they were trained on. While the service techs are trained, the master technician of the company personally provides the repair services while training the stores future technician, with the training essentially being paid for by the planned maintenance agreement. This method does not mean the Planned Maintenance cost is raised to an unreasonable price, or you have to pay for two service technicians for “training”, TS Mechanical still ensures to keep competitive pricing on planned maintenance and services compared to our competition. The only catch to this method of growth is that this method provides for slow but consistent growth of the company, and the company would not have it any other way, because it’s the fast pushed growth that forces other service companies to toss bodies in trucks and send out incompetent technicians to service your valuable equipment while also being overwhelmed by the amount of service they accept. TS Mechanical will only accept service requests from companies that have a planned maintenance agreement with TS Mechanical, and the amount of agreements TS Mechanical maintains is set to its current growth. We will not accept new customers until we can handle new customers. So, there is never an issue with over acceptance of service requests that cause you to have to wait for much needed repairs or accept an unqualified technician in hopes that they can somehow just get you running, even if it means nothing has actually been properly repaired. We make sure that our planned maintenance customers have a technician available to them for fast turn arounds on repairs that are done properly by limiting the number of locations assigned to each technician.

We are an exclusive company that provides services beyond that of our competitors. This is why we include Walk-in refrigeration temperature monitoring with the planned maintenance agreement, a service that is usually an extra cost. Why do we do it? We offer this complimentary service because it allows us to ensure your most critical systems are protected and gives us a heads up of potential issues (instead of finding out at 8 pm at night, causing emergency services). Of course, there will always be the possibility that a system randomly fails in the middle of the night, ect.. but the chances of that happening are made extremely low because for the most part, issues with these systems start well before the critical failure point (sometimes days before) and many times the issues are from freeze ups, which is very easy to notice and correct before it even becomes a problem. There are actually many times that our current customers have had a possible freeze up begin to occur but because of the monitoring, the issue was resolved without a technician, resulting in no service fees being incurred. This saves you money, protects your valuable product, greatly reduces possible down time, and gives us the ability to better provide our services more accurately and timely.

TS Mechanical is just the right choice and a company that goes above and beyond what any other company could dream of and as corny as it sounds, TS Mechanical prides itself on becoming like family and taking responsibility for your equipment like it is our own. You will feel like you have in-house technicians that you can trust without a doubt. This is the reason why our customers become customers for life and would never dream of switching to a different company.
