TS Mechanicall LLC is the premium commercial kitchen appliance and H.V.A.C/R repair and installation service company that offers its repair services exclusively to customers who have committed to a planned maintenance agreement.
Planned maintenance agreements start out as low as $300.00 per month and average at $450.00 per month for most restaurants. The pricing is based on the amount of HVAC/R equipment the restaurant requires to be serviced and maintained.
For example: a monthly cost of $450.00 covering restaurants with 2 walk-in refrigeration units, 6 Air-conditioners/heaters and 4 exhaust vents. The planned maintenance agreement includes:
Condenser cleanings for all air-conditioners and refrigeration units (coolers and freezer inside the building and walk-in refrigeration condenser), quarterly air filter and belt changes for all HAC units, monthly air filter replacement for reach in refrigerators/freezers inside the building and drain line cleaning for all HAC/R units.
Planned maintenance agreements are custom to fit each restaurant’s needs and TS Mechanical will create one specific to your needs. Walk-in temperature monitoring is included at no extra cost to the customer as it is seen as an extremely beneficial service for both the customer and TS Mechanical in order to provide more accurate and timely service repairs. Access to repair services ($96/hr with no trip charge for OKC and surrounding metro) are available only with a planned maintenance agreement.
