The pricing is based on the amount of HVAC/R equipment the restaurant has with a monthly cost of $450.00 covering restaurants with up to 3 walk-in refrigeration units, and up to 7 Air-conditioners/heaters and 4 exhaust vents. The preventative maintenance agreement services include walk-in temperature monitoring (wifi connection required), condenser cleanings for all air-conditioners and refrigeration units (coolers and freezer inside the building and walk-in refrigeration condenser), quarterly air filter and belt changes for all HVAC units, drain line cleaning for all HAC/R units, and access to repair and installation services from the most qualified service and install technicians available.
